GUIDELINES

1. Before placing your order/s, make sure to follow our main account (@KayapCafe). We do follow backs! Your order will not be entertained if you’re not following our account.2. Please make sure your message requests or DMs are open so the servers can update you about your order/s.3. Kindly see to it that your order form/s is/are correctly filled out before you submit them. Note that your order will be disregarded if the form is incomplete.4. We will not entertain anonymous orders for those who are already taken, or those who express that they are uncomfortable with the aforesaid kind of orders. Our café’s goal is to make someone feel at ease, so we would not tolerate such action.5. Upon sending scheduled orders, make sure your form is sent 1-2 hours before the desired time. Your order will be disregarded if you sent it minutes before your requested time.6. For every customer, we allow bulk orders. Maximum of 5 orders per form. You may submit another order form if you wish to order for more than 5 people.7. Kindly wait for 15-20 minutes for Regular Orders and maximum of an hour for Song Dedications, since the processing of your orders takes time.8. The café will allow customers to add things or foods that are not included on the menu. Pictures of the additionals must be provided by the customer and must be sent to our main account. This also applies if you have specific photos to use for song dedications.9. No cancellation of orders as far as feasible.10. Do not hesitate to message us in our main account if you have any questions; we'd be pleased to respond to them!11. Always smile and take your time to heal with us!
